communication appears, as it was demonstrated in the past when the telephone, the radio or the television was
invented.
The most recent means of communication, the Internet, threw us into the Digital Era, originating a new
generation that has overcome geographical boundaries creating new ways of interaction such as the e-mail,
World Wide Web, Chats, SMS and Virtual Reality.
New concepts appeared such as Information Societies, Mobility and Globalisation, concepts that often are
ostracised by the companies, creating resistances, with extremely negative results, because there is no doubt
about this… the new generation is here with very personal demands that are mainly characterised by the rapid
consumption of information and easy obtainable products and services. [...]
